Curso de formación sobre Inteligencia emocional: Claves para la vida y el trabajo.

 Nuestros compañeros David e Iván , se desplazaron el pasado mes de julio a Faro, para asistir a un curso de formación sobre Inteligencia emocional. Fueron talleres muy prácticos, donde aprendieron a relajarse y a trabajar desde dentro las emociones para conocerse mejor. Hicieron también talleres de respiración y relajación. Este curso les ha supuesto una base importante para aportar ideas y actividades en la formación del profesorado del Peral de este curso 26/27.

Last July, our colleagues David and Iván travelled to Faro to attend a training course on Emotional Intelligence. The workshops were very practical, and they learned techniques to relax and to work on their emotions from within, helping them to better understand themselves. They also took part in breathing and relaxation exercises.

This course has provided them with an important foundation for contributing ideas and activities to the teacher training programme at El Peral during the 2026/27 academic year.

 

Difusión de los aprendizajes del curso de Yoga y Meditación

 El pasado 24 de septiembre, nos hemos reunido en la sala de psicomotricidad del colegio , donde Feli y Puri nos han contado con gran detalle lo que han aprendido en su curso de formación y cómo ponerlo en práctica para nosotros mismos y para nuestro alumnado.

Hemos empezado la sesión con una relajación y después hemos tenido que escribir una lista de agradecimientos por personas, lugares y cosas de nuestras vidas. Además nos han explicado diferentes técnicas de respiración para llegar a la calma. esta ha sido sin duda una sesión con ejercicios muy útiles para relajarnos nosotros mismos y a nuestros alumnos.

On September 24, all the teachers gathered in the school gym, where Feli and Puri told us in great detail what they had learned in their training course and how to put it into practice for ourselves and for our students.

We started the session with a relaxation exercise and then we had to write a list of things we were grateful for, including people, places, and things in our lives. They also explained different breathing techniques to help us reach a state of calm. This was undoubtedly a session with very useful exercises to get ourselves and our students relaxed.

Yoga y meditación en Madeira

 Nuestras compañeras, Feli y Puri, estuvieron este verano en un curso muy interesante sobre Yoga y Meditación aplicado a la escuela. En es curso aprendieron técnicas para practicar diferentes tipos de posturas de yoga y lo combinaron con diferentes tipos de ejercicios de meditación tanto para alumnos como para el profesorado. Además, pudieron practicar en ocasiones, estas dos disciplinas en la naturaleza rodeadas de árboles. 

Our colleagues, Feli and Puri, attended a very interesting course this summer on Yoga and Meditation applied to the school. In this course, they learned techniques for practicing different types of yoga postures and combined them with different types of meditation exercises for both students and teachers. In addition, they were able to practice these two disciplines in nature, surrounded by trees.

Difusión de los aprendizajes y experiencias de nuestros alumnos en Amiens

 Los alumnos de 6º que realizaron la movilidad a Amiens el pasado mayo, prepararon para todo el profesorado del centro una presentación donde nos contaron con todo detalle los aspectos de su visita. Aprendizajes relacionados con la cultura, el sistema escolar, la gastronomía, la lengua y literatura francesa, anécdotas y  experiencias inolvidables con los profesores y alumnos de la escuela Sainte Famille de Amiens.

Todos han valorado de forma muy positiva la experiencia y piensan que son muy afortunados de haber tenido esta oportunidad de ampliar sus horizontes y desarrollar su ciudadanía europea.

The 6th-grade students who took part in the mobility programme in Amiens last May prepared a presentation for all the teachers at our school, in which they shared in detail the different aspects of their visit.

They talked about what they had learned about French culture, their school system, French gastronomy and French language and literature, as well as the anecdotes and unforgettable experiences they had shared with the teachers and students from Sainte Famille School.

All of them rated the experience very positively, and feel very fortunate to have had this amazing opportunity to develop their European citizenship.

                                            

                                                 

                                            

Difusión de los aprendizajes y experiencias de nuestros alumnos en Senigallia

 Los alumnos de 6º que realizaron la movilidad a Senigallia el pasado mayo, prepararon para todo el profesorado del centro una presentación donde nos contaron con todo detalle los aspectos de su visita. Aprendizajes relacionados con la cultura, el sistema escolar, la gastronomía, la lengua italiana, anécdotas y  experiencias inolvidables con los profesores y alumnos de la escuela Fagnani.

Todos han valorado de forma muy positiva la experiencia y piensan que son muy afortunados de haber tenido esta oportunidad de ampliar sus horizontes y desarrollar su ciudadanía europea.

Nos visitan los alumnos y profesores de la escuela Sainte Famille de Amiens

 VISITA DE ALUMNOS Y PROFESORES DE LA ESCUELA SAINTE FAMILLE de AMIENS 06/26

Después de nuestra visita a la escuela Sainte Famille de Amiens en el mes de mayo, estábamos deseando recibir a nuestros amigos franceses. A finales de junio ,entre el 16 y el 19, hemos recibido su visita en el Peral. 

Hemos compartido con ellos unos días llenos de actividades variadas: robótica, orientación en el parque, club de  radio escolar, huerto, concierto musical con palillos chinos, manualidades, visita por la ciudad  y una deliciosa merienda de despedida   en el albergue. 

La convivencia entre el profesorado, padres de alumnos erasmus y  alumnos franceses y españoles ha sido una experiencia fantástica para todos, hemos ampliado nuestro círculo de amigos , hemos practicado idiomas y nuestro espíritu europeo en el CEIP El Peral es más fuerte.

VISIT OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS FROM SAINTE FAMILLE SCHOOL, AMIENS – JUNE 2026

After our visit to Sainte Famille School in Amiens in May, we were looking forward to welcoming our French friends. From 16th to 19th June, we had the pleasure of hosting them at CEIP El Peral.

During their stay, we enjoyed several days of exciting and varied activities together, including robotics workshops, an orienteering challenge in the park, our school radio club, work in the school vegetable garden, a music concert with Chinese sticks, craft activities, a guided tour of the city, and a delicious farewell snack at the youth hostel.

The time shared by teachers, Erasmus host families, and French and Spanish students was a wonderful experience for everyone. We made new friends, practised our language skills, and strengthened our European spirit. At CEIP El Peral, we feel more connected than ever to our European community.

 

 

Prácticas de estudiantes de FP portuguesas en el Peral

 Durante 4 semanas, del 13 de abril al 8 de mayo,  nuestro colegio ha tenido la gran suerte de recibir a tres estudiantes del módulo de FP llamado "Profesores ayudantes" de la Agrupación de escuelas de Alcochete.

Nuestro colegio lleva ya 3 años colaborando con esta importante institución educativa portuguesa, la cual engloba 9 escuelas, de infantil, primaria y secundaria y entre las que cuenta con  una escuela de Formación Profesional.

Las alumnas de Alcochete, Luma, Sonia y Rita han realizado sus prácticas en casi todos los niveles de nuestro colegio y han sido un gran ejemplo de ilusión, tesón, motivación y trabajo. Se han ganado el corazón de niños y profesores y podemos decir, que han dejado una gran huella y ahora que se han ido, las echamos mucho de menos.

 From April 13th to May 8th, our school had the great privilege of welcoming three students from the Vocational Training programme "Assistant Teachers" from the Alcochete School Group.

Our school has been collaborating with this important Portuguese educational institution for the past three years. The group includes nine schools, ranging from preschool to secondary education, as well as a vocational training school.

The students from Alcochete, Luma, Sonia and Rita, completed their assistant teaching training placements across almost all year groups in our school. They have been a wonderful example of enthusiasm, dedication, motivation and hard work.

They quickly won the hearts of both students and staff, and we can proudly say that they have left a lasting impression on our school community. Now that they have returned home, we miss them very much.
